Terms & Conditions
Sales Agreement
All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.
Minimum Order Value
We have a minimum order value of £5 excluding postage and packaging.
Payments Accepted
We will accept the following methods of payment:
Paypal - don't worry if you don't have a paypal account as debit and credit cards are also accepted by checking out through paypal.
Cheque and Postal order - Please note, funds must clear before goods are despatched.
Partial Deliveries
We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.
Retention of Title
The goods delivered remain our property until full payment has been received.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return a product for a refund then contact must be made via email to emma@sassycrafts.co.uk. Refunds will not be considered after a 7 day period. Product(s) you wish to return must be in their original condition, un-opened and un-used. Any products which are considered faulty must be reported within 28 days. After the 28 day period the manufacturer must be contacted direct.
